PRAYER

Begin each day by simply talking to God—no fancy words needed.

Thank Him for what you have, then share where you need His help.

Use Jesus' example in Matthew 6:9-13 as a guide if you're not sure where to start.
WORSHIP

Make worship a priority: Do it daily yourself and gather weekly with others at church.

Worship helps us grow, it refreshes your soul and keeps us strong (especially when life is busy or just really hard)
