OUTREACH & MISSIONS

At Journey Church, we believe we are called to serve, love, and reach people—just like Jesus did. Mark 10:45 says, “For even the Son of Man did not come to be served, but to serve, and to give His life as a ransom for many.”

Jesus went about doing good and healing all who were oppressed (Acts 10:38).

He was moved with compassion (Mark 1:41) and reached out to those in need. That’s our heart too.

WE REACH out because Jesus first reached out to us.
WE SERVE because we’ve been served.
WE GIVE because we’ve received.

WE BELIEVE that you will find true fulfillment when you step out and make a difference in someone else's life.  And we’re not doing it alone—we’re doing it together, in community, as a church family.

 

LOCAL OUTREACH

We love our city and believe we’re here for such a time as this.

• Our monthly outreaches across the Bay provide the opportunity to serve and love others in practical ways.

• SERVE DAY is our once-a-year, all-hands-on-deck moment, when we invite everyone at Journey to go into our neighborhoods and be the hands and feet of Jesus.

• We also love to support and serve our local mission partners who are already doing incredible work in our communities. Check out some of our partners below.

 

NATIONAL & INTERNATIONAL MISSIONS

We are honored to partner with trusted organizations across the country and around the world to:

• Meet real physical needs—from clean water and disaster relief to food and medical care.

• Share the hope of the Gospel in word and in action.

• Deliver God’s Word to those who have never had access to a Bible.

Every time you serve, give, or pray, you’re a part of someone else’s miracle.
